UNREAL WRITING COMPETITION

I’ve already been flooded with entries for the Unreal competition.

They’ve come from all over the world – Australia, US, UK, India, Japan, Singapore, China and Turkey.

It’s fabulous to see so many enthusiastic writers out there.

THE COMPETITION CLOSES 30TH NOVEMBER

Due to the large number of entries received already, results won’t be available to mid/late December so please be patient.

CHECKLIST FOR ENTRIES

1. Your name, story name and age category you are entering must be in the subject line of your email. (More information about age categories and prizes is available here.)
2. Entries must be no more than 500 words.
3. Entries must be double-spaced and sent as attachment or -pasted in the body of the email.
4. Entries must be in 12 point type.
5. Picture Books are not eligible for this competition
6. Only one entry per person

There are a number of costs involved in running this competition however, I want to encourage young writers from all over the world regardless of their financial situation so I will endeavour to always keep this competition free for kids.
