It means there are two lines between each line of text.

Why doesn’t my certificate have my name on it?

Unfortunately individually naming certificates is no longer possible due to the large number of entries we receive. We are doing everything possible to keep these competitions free for kids and teens and so we are trying to keep the administration costs down.

ALL kids and teens receive a certificate in our competitions.
